Budget friendly treadmill with incline and handles

For reference, I weigh 100 lbs and plan on using it for walking--not running. What are some decent options for under $300?

Folate in the red

I take NaturesPlus, Source of Life, Gold Multi-Vitamin Tablets. I like these vitamins, but I've noticed my folate is in the red 276%. Today, I skipped them to see where I land. I'm at 69% Folate and 49% B12.

Should I change vitamins?
