I used to enjoy so many hobbies yet I can't find the strength to pick them up anymore as coping mechanism. I think about quitting work everyday and ending it all afterwards. I don't have close friends and no love interest after existing for 30+ years. Most of the time, my feelings are invalidated by workmates and playmates (ttrpgs). Idk what else to do. Therapy didn't work.
