Laptop freezes only when idle, but never freezes if a YouTube video is playing in background or any kind of video or something
My laptop freezes completely if I leave it idle for a few minutes. Mouse moves sometimes but nothing opens/closes and I have to force restart.
The weird thing is: if I keep any YouTube video, music, or any background playback running, the laptop never freezes.
I already checked power settings and changed “turn off hard disk” settings too. I use an SSD, not HDD.
What could be causing this? Driver issue, power management, SSD sleep, or something else?
