So I got a tele classic vibe body and a bullet strat neck. The original idea was to make a partcaster out of this couple, but to my surprise the neck is about a millimeter too wide. Well, apparently I didn't do my homework and have no one to blame but myself, but still: can I make it work? I'd guess that sanding the neck butt down a bit would do the trick, but I'd appreciate comments from more experienced guitar enthusiasts.
