Take a look at one of the first 1500 RC51's made. #1389. Found in a barn forgotten about, neglected, and left alone for the last 17 years.
Bike had went down on the left side and sat ever since. Damage was seemingly only cosmetic upon inspection so I bought it for cheap! The two side fairings were in usable condition the rest were shot!
When I got it the barn mice had made this bike their homes. However an eviction notice was promptly served via pressure washer and that was that.
Shockingly, once I stripped the bike down, drained the gas, I was surprised to see that everything looks like it was frozen in time! Looking in good shape I decided to put a battery and some fresh gas to see if she would start, in typical Honda fashion, it STARTED RIGHT UP! AND it sounded fuckin amazing with the early 2000's Jardine pipe!
I went deep into the maintenance and did everything, even new fork seals and fork oil, plugs, oil/filter, air filters (yes it has two) coolant, brake and clutch fluid replacement, chain, tires.
Finally, I went into my OEM rc51 fairing collection and pulled out the needed parts to make this bike he video was taken yesterday after I basically finished it up.. well, for now.
Pictures are"before" video is after.
Enjoy!

2005 CBR 1000rr Repsol edition #1505/1550 15k miles. Pretty much all OG
2003 Honda RC51 known as "The Ducati killer" back then. Both pretty rare bikes in this condition and original layout..
Hi all,
Planning on purchasing a low miles, clean title, Taycan Turbo with only one owner. The car is in immaculate condition. . No recalls open, all services done at Porsche.
Anyone here owned this specific car before? VIN below
Any owners have any advice before I pull the trigger?
I am planning on buying a 3rd party exclusionary warranty that states it will cover EV batteries outside of normal degradation. It is the same price as the Porsche EV Platinum plan.
