When I first open the laptop, these horizontal lines appear and then disappear. When the screen is locked and then unlocked again (after a relatively short time, not immediately), these horizontal lines reappear.I tried moving the screen when this happened, thinking it might be a cable problem, but it didn't help. The lines disappear after a few seconds and didn't reappear during use. I reset the BIOS and reinstalled Windows. Also, lines may appear during booting within the BIOS, which confirms that Windows is not involved.
