Did your interests or focus points shift after stimulant therapy?

Since I started my meditation (diagnosed AuDHD in August 2025), I have noticed that I am less interested in watching the things that I watched or researched eagerly. I am also keen to spend my time differently.

I used to be a true-crime junkie. It’s still an interest but I’ve seen the same stories over and over and I’m just not keen on spending time on it anymore. My favourite interest right now is anything health/bio-hacking. I was always interested in human biology and physiology. I studied nutrition at university and regularly read/watch different ideas about nutrition, health and neuroscience. This is what I end my days with or listen to while I do my daily activities.

I’m also madly decluttering my house, fixing things that have been long put off, cleaning and finding cleaning and organisational hacks.

Just wondering if and how pursuits interests and hobbies may have changed for you after diagnosis and medication.

I thought the right name would stand out.. but we’re still stuck.

8 week old female ragdoll.

We have a few shortlisted names like Miso, Suki, Willow, Mittens and Cinnamon but none seem like “the one” and I wonder if she needs a more feminine name. I do love food names and Japan-inspired monikers. Also love people names.
