I think this is the first time I'm satisfied with a mini I've painted. It went from random goblin to my favorite player for now :D

Hello.
Last time I posted one of my orc linemen on this sub, some of you told me the main issue was a lack of contrast on the skin, which was a valid point.
I gave a try and I'm a bit conflicted.
On one side, it is clearly more contrasted when on the table, a bit far from the eye. But close... I don't know. Maybe it's just because I'm not used to it ?
Could you give me some insight or opinion ?
Edit : Thanks a lot for the answer. You gave me a cool idea. I have three green skins teams to make : orcs, black orcs and goblins.
Orcs will be like the right one. Black orcs like the left one (no blue though). The goblins ? I don't know yet though
