New head medic

Hi there! Skater vet, new head medic. I just recently took on (voluntold more or less and I'm completely okay with it if it means keeping everyone safe, home team and visiting teams) the role of head medic for my team and I'm wanting to get our medic bag up to par. I have found the recommendations per WFTDA website but is there anything else one could think of that would be helpful? I plan on reaching out to other leagues in hopes they have good resources but I thought I would ask the lovely people of reddit as there's often wonderful advice and words of wisdom here.

Gift Basket - Drs office

I need help figuring out what to give my neurologist office in a gift basket. They have been nothing but amazing to me (better than my PCP's office who's known me since I was in the womb so close to 30 years) and have made me human again. Now being a nurse, I know what I like to receive but also, I know my tastes aren't all the way around (night shift life here if that says anything about my personality). I found some cute and funny badge reels to put in the basket, I'm going to get some snacks and drinks (obviously packaged individually), hair ties and claw clips, stress balls, and some plain black pens that write well. Now I have found some sarcastic pens, I know I personally would be excited to receive the sarcastic pens, that come in a pack and I think they're what a lot of healthcare workers think. Would that be wrong of me to gift them sarcastic pens because I think they're cute and funny? Those that work in Drs offices, please chime in if you think I should get more or if you can think of anything else that'll be more appropriate. I'm also just a sucky gift giver and therefore I want them to know how much I appreciate them getting me from bedridden with severe migraines to being able to work, enjoy life, and just be human again.
