CFTI people. Was there any provision to accept and freeze your cfti offer in COAP portal?

In the offer letter for CFTI it is written that only those candidates who have accepted and frozen their offer on COAP are eligible for admission to iisc.

However, I didn't find any offer in COAP. My offer just appeared in my admission portal.

People who have been admitted through the cfti mode for mtech regular program; is the Admission Fee payment link visible to you in your portal?
