Bought 1 pokemoncard from the netherlands( I live in belgium) , havent gotten any update for like 6 days, is this normal?

Hello, since I started this hobby again this year, I realy want the mega charizard X sir.

I found 1 raw card for 650 euro, and 1 psa for 800 euro.

Wich one would be the wisest?
