Buying 2 BHK flat at Agora city centre vadodara. Need reviews and any risk

Hi ,
I am considering buying a flat 2 bhk at Agora city centre .

The flat is ready for possession at a top floor(10-15th floor) . Buying directly from builder . I found it quite spacious plus the location is quiet good .

Need honest reviews from current residents , brokers and dealers .

I know it had some legal issues earlier but as the flat is ready possession I don't see a issue .

Please let me know if any issues with that project currently .

I visited the featherlite store to try both and seem almost similar in comfort .

Although featherlite amaze was making some noises i think it was issue specific to that chair.

I have heard in one of the answer that amaze grey colour seat is more comfortable . It was not available so I am not sure .

People who have been using these chairs please share your experience and which one to buy between these three
