How do you guys actually store tomatoes? Fridge or no fridge?
I've always kept my tomatoes on the counter at room temperature , figured that was just the "right" way to do it. But lately I've been noticing a lot of people storing them in the fridge and I'm genuinely confused.
I thought cold killed the flavor and made the texture mealy? But maybe I'm wrong, or maybe it depends on the type of tomato?
