How do I contact Accenture to withdraw an existing application? Candidate support not responding.
Hi everyone,
I'm trying to apply for a new role at Accenture, but the MyCareer portal keeps telling me that I already have an active application and need to withdraw it before applying to another position.
The problem is:
- Workday Candidate Home shows "You have no applications."
- MyCareer says an active application exists.
- I can start a new application, but it fails during submission with the "Application already exists" error.
So far I have:
- Contacted candidate.queries@accenture.com
- Raised a MyZone ticket
- Called the helpline
The MyZone support team reviewed my ticket and told me they do not have access to the recruitment portal and asked me to contact candidate.queries@accenture.com instead. The ticket was then closed.
Has anyone successfully withdrawn an old application or had a similar profile/application mismatch issue?
How did you get in touch with the correct team, and how long did it take to resolve?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm currently unable to apply for open roles because of this issue.
