Do sheet masks actually do the work or just temporary effect?

Recently from all of the hype from social media and my personal curiosity, I started to use sheet masks often than usual.

I used to buy sheet masks whenever I wanted my skin to look better quickly, especially before going out or after my skin felt dry.

But lately I’m wondering if they actually do anything long-term, or if they’re mostly just a temporary hydration or glow product. My skin does look better right after using one, but I’m not sure if it really improves anything beyond that moment.
Also as someone who has some consciousness of environment, I wonder if its just waste for environment creating unnecessary dumb on the earth.

Do you still use sheet masks regularly, or did you stop using them?

Also, are there any sheet masks that actually made a noticeable difference for your skin, or do you think a good serum and moisturizer work just as well?

How can I grow some greens in a small studio apartment?

I live in a small studio apartment and I move a few times every year, so I try to keep my stuff as minimal as possible.

But lately I’ve been wanting to have some fresh greens at home, like herbs, lettuce, microgreens, or anything simple that doesn’t need too much space or effort. I don’t have a balcony, just a windowsill and maybe a little shelf space.

Does anyone have recommendations for low-maintenance vegetables or herbs that are easy to grow indoors?

I’m looking for something that is:
easy to move, doesn’t take up much space, and doesn’t need daily complicated care.

Would love to hear what worked for people living in small apartments.
