Hello guys. 22M/ Have bachelor degree.

I really need your thoughts sa situation ko ngayon. I started January sa work ko. Na visahan ako march. So, instead na June tapos ng probation ko , naging September. I can’t resist my toxic job anymore. Then nagkaron din kami ng salary deduction (verbally lang sinabi, no agreement). Sobrang micro-managing ng boss and narcissist. I am trying to apply to other jobs kaso wala namang tumatawag (maybe factor din yung under probation pa ako and may war). Hindi ko na na- eenjoy yung sahod ko since mababa na nga, binawasan pa and toxic pa. My parents want me to home nalang instead of staying. I really need advice should i endure this? or just leave?
