A friends pc sometimes takes around 8-10 mins to boot and then is slow for a few more minutes when it opens. built just a month ago. Trying to find out what the issue is.

7600x3d
1x16gb Ram
KLEV CRAS C910G M.2 NVMe SSD 1TB
Windows 11

Edit: ssd also says 100% usage in tm sometimes
