Hi guys.. I need your help on this. I have this weird noise coming from my CPU coolers’ fans (video below). I cleaned them, tried to make sure all is screwed properly but this noise is regularly there. Sometimes it goes off (for no reason that I could detect) and the next minute it comes back.

I suspect it could be due to waterflow… but honestly no idea and I could not find any solution.

Any help/suggestions?
