I am new to PC games in general and I wanted to try modding resident evil 3 remake, but the recommended mod manager(fluffy mod manager) doesnt work for some reason. I did all those suggestions in the error message and it didnt work. For anyone who could help me, I would very much appreciate it. I have attached my computer specs if it helps. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I still cant run this mod manager, but I found an alternate mod manager(RE engine Ultimate mod manager for re3 remake) that works pretty well. Its main con is it only runs for this game. There are RE engine ultimate mod manager made for other RE games, but that means having to downlod separate files for each game. And some RE games might not have it.
