How many of you can (or always) yell during SP?

I've had SP for thirty years. On average 1-2 times a week, sometimes every night multiple times, sometimes I'll go a few weeks. After a good two decades of this I started being completely aware of the SP - sometimes even having a cool experience but mostly terrifying - and I will now always yell help or my dog's name. It's basically exhaling really loudly and sounds like it would if I was born deaf so there's very little control there.

Just curious if this is a normal part of it for most? My wife or dog will interact with me and basically immediately wake me up, so it's become a survival mechanism almost.

Side note, one time I had SP and my eyes were open seeing my room. The walls all fell down and I was looking at the cosmos in perfectly clear detail for several minutes. 10/10 one of the most amazing experiences of my life I may as well have been on acid.

I've tried a few dozen times to use the debug option. It adds some hypothesis, asks to run, fails, adds more, run, fail, it takes forever. I went over forty iterations once and still didn't come to a conclusion as to what was wrong.

On the flip side, I tell the agent the exact same thing, and it fixes it. Bam. Boom. Done. No hypothesis, just a fix. The one time it didn't work I threw it in plan mode and it took a little longer and it still fixed it.

TF is debug trying to do? Does it work for you?

Any way to do this other than 20 at a time? Do they have a package? Idk if it's kosher or not, but I can't see a reason why it would be wrong. I would love to be able to set up animations for any rigged character in Unity instead of adding them one by one to the model in Meshy. Never know which one I'm going to want to use.
