Can this be hotflash too ?

So I am 53 and I am on HRT ( and escitalopram) due too very heavy neurological symptons that seemed to be cyclical ( no symptoms one week in 4 weeks right after my periode ) a neurologist has looked at it and said it was a functional neurological disorder, it went completely away with hrt and physiotherapy.

edit : maybe good to know I life in the Netherlands, heathcare is free, I have a great doctor that I meet every month

so once in a few weeks i get it a bit hot and want to walk out side without a jacket but thats it.

now my question
It is middle of night here 4 am, i woke up a bit less than an hour ago with a terrible headache , within 5 minutes I felt like I had extreme high adrenalin, prickling body everywhere, weak on my legs, little dizzy and sweating and feeling hot. I went outside and after 5 minutes of walking it calmed dow, after 10 minutes I was ok , just week feeling in leg muscles and started to feel it was a bit cold outside without a jacket.

i have a sportswatch my heartbest was a bot high 117 but went down to 90 after a bit of walking. nothing special, could be because of the anxiety of what happened

Now I am bit thirsty , legs feel a bit something in between muscle sore after working out and a bit weak, but ok .

I have a great doctor , I also have escitalopram since a month as I got very high anxiety all the time ( as if I am about to bungee jump feeling )

As far as I know i am healthy no other problems. Neurologist says I have a nervous system that is sensitive on any changes from grief to illness and it would make sense that peri also triggers it.

Ah the question: does this sound like a hot flash ( with some anxiety building up because of the sudden headache and feeling very weird ) .

ps this is the best subreddit in the world, I love how everyone is nice to each other. next to that , the wiki helps so much.
