My cheap travel setup
Most of these items (except dripper) are what I have / use before upgrade.
Item list
- Mavo Wizard Grinder
- Daiso cheap V60 style dripper (size 01). It does have "flow control" but it can't 100% stop the water.
- Daiso cheap Trapezoid paper. There's ways to fold it into Conical shape.
- Old digital scale. It's 0.1g capable but response is quite slow
- Chopsticks
- Occasionally I do use in rainshower (not shown in here)
Chopstick is the main driver for agitation. I use chopstick to bloom stir. After dumping in water with whatever I have, I use chopstick to agitate floater particles and try to not disturb the bed further. Water flow is decent but can clog badly if I'm being overly aggressive.
It definitle won't produce same cup quality as what I have with all the proper gears. But it's more than good enough while travel.
