Can someone help me figure out this interaction I had in this last game I played. My commander is Prismari, the Inspiration and on my turn I had played Empty the Warrens.

However, up til that point, I played four spells beforehand so I believe I would have been up to Storm 4. We sat around trying to figure out how that plays into the “double storm”. I’m assuming that the copies just kept the same storm count as the original (since copies don’t up that count I believe) so we ended up settling on 32 goblins being made but we still weren’t sure.

I threw in Empty the Warrens just because I thought it’d be funny, but it just ended up being confusing.
