Have a GS warranty exchange going on today for a 65” tv. does BB really want the damaged TV back or do they just dispose of them?

I have two LG oled 55” & 65” with burn in but the credit was issued for the 65 which has less burn in so I’d rather keep it and give them the 55 to take away.

that said I don’t want to abuse the rules if BB really cares about the 65 as that’s what they ultimately paid for.
