Relic Recon on Eva or Sparkle

Just come back to the game, don’t have good relics. I used my Relic Recon on Sparkle after getting her for free, but will pull for YaoGuang during her rerun and replace Sparkle. Do I change Relic Recon to Eva then?

Also as a almost F2P, is it worth it to get Eva to E1? Or save for YaoGuang?

Shortcut showing me this on 26.5 (26.5 broke my live container)

26.5 made my live container crash everytime I tried launching apps or opening it. Finally took the time to switch from seperate sidestore and live container to LiveContainer+SideStore. Everything works but my refresh shortcut automation gave me this error when I woke up. What is wrong?
