Gordon Ramsays team messes with the gas pressure so he can scream "it's raw!" At somebody at least once.

I have a hard time believing all these cooks and chefs can't cook chicken. I have never messed up my own chicken or beef as bad as some of these accomplished cooks.

I feel like they'll cut the gas to 3/4 pressure as soon as meat's in the oven and put it back to normal a few minutes before the Wellingtons come out.

Ripening Reaper September 1st- Today

I love watching these beauties ripen! One of the days it had a noticeable enough change from morning to night I added it.

Side note; I swear if you stare at these long enough you'll see faces. That's how I lined up the picture.

The Colour of These Carolina reapers!

I love when they start to change from orange to red, it is so bright in person it messes with my eyes a bit.
