Where to sit in the Azteca to be with the correct fans.

I am from england and i am considering getting a ticket to match 92 (last 16 game) at the azteca. I am speculating that england (and hopefully mexico) will be there.
My question is if i am buying resale tickets, what seats in the stadium should I be going for? i.e. where would the "away" teams sit in the context of the world cup? seems to be quite limited info online.
I can't afford great seats as well so bare that in mind.
