My Jabra Elite 10 Gen 2 case stopped holding a charge. Even plugged into the wall, it won't get higher than 70% charge, and it quickly drops to 0 charge when not in use. I tried resetting the case, but now my computer won't pair the headphones and my attempts to update the firmware using my phone are met with error messages.

Is there any salvaging this, or do I have an expensive paper weight now? I bought them just under 2 years ago so may still be in the warranty period. Thanks for your help.

Hey Sac gardeners, I'm trying to find some Pesto Perpetuo basil but I haven't found any for sale this year. Does anyone have a lead on where I can buy some plants or take a couple of cuttings? Thanks.
