I have brand new pair of Jabra Elite 7 Pro earbuds. I misplaced it so never unboxed it for more than a year. Now it won't turn on. Tried to reset the case and all but no luck. Looks like battery went in dead state. Any ideas ?

Jabra Headset advise for noisy openspace

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a new headset but I need an advise for which model is the best choice for a noisy openspace.
Based on your everyday experience, which model is the best between Evolve2 85 and Evolve3 85?
I now that obviously Evolve3 is the new model, but the previous have the mic boom, and from specs there are more mics instead of the AI noise cancelation. Which model should be the best choice?

Jabra Elite 10 (gen 1) replacement

Hi, I just had to send back my Jabra Elite 10 after button stopped working, and was offered a refund, since line has been discontinued. Now I’m looking for a new pair of earbuds.

I bought AirPods Pro 3. Chat GPT convinced me that from technical perspective they are better in every aspect (ANC, microphones, Apple ecosystem integration), but it turns out they have one drawback - they hurt my ears.

I never had such issue with my Jabra and I’m looking for something that would feel like them.

I was considering Bose QuietComfort Buds gen 2 or Sony WF-1000XM5

Do you have any experience with any of those and can compare their comfort to Jabra?

Or maybe you could recommend something else?

Elite 8 Active Gen 2 Charging Case Completely Dead

The earbuds themselves will connect to my phone but once they run out of charge i am afraid that’s the end of their run. The case will not charge I’ve tried wall plug in and desk charger.

The buds don’t recognize they are in the charger anymore. It’s such a shame these were my favorite headphones but now they won’t charge. I am confused the the App says the case has a 30% charge but still won’t charge the buds.

If anyone has a fix or a link to a legit new replace ment case it would be much appreciated.

Jabra Elite 7 Pro replacement

Probably a tired post at this point. My Jabra Elite 7 Pro pair has been with me since they released. They're unrecoverable now. Best pair of buds I ever had. Nothing else I've tried compared. Jabra really nailed it. Still devastated they dropped the consumer market.

I'm looking for similar comfortability and sound quality. I don't use buds for working out, they're mostly for music/calls/desk work.

Any suggestions for a replacement? I'm tempted to buy the same pair again despite discontinuity, but worried to lose support buying such an old model.

Jabra Evolve 75 UC Wireless Headset - Design flaw and terrible support

Spent $350 on Jabra Evolve 75 UC 2 years ago. Worked well, until it didn't. The boom mic stopped working altogether.

It appears to be a well documented design flaw. There are many online reports from other customers describing the same failure caused by repeated movement of the boom arm, which eventually frays the internal wiring.

Admittedly, my headset is a few months outside the two year warranty. However, this is not simply a warranty issue. When a product has a known design defect, customers should not be expected to bear the cost of that defect simply because it manifests after the warranty expires. Jabra should either proactively address this issue through a product recall or service program, or at the very least, replace headsets that fail due to this known design problem.

When I contacted Jabra for support, they promised to review my case and get back to me, but after 2.5 weeks, 4 phone calls, and 4 emails, I have not received a response despite multiple promises that I will receive some kind of communication.

I'm done waiting for Jabra. I need a replacement for work now. Will not buy Jabra again.

2nd Left ear bud for Elite Active 7 not turning on.

I'm not able to get it working on both docks. Now my newest one. Is officially the same problem as the last. I contacted the Jabra staff and they stated my warranty expired. Tested charging. Cleaning. The unit cannot be opened. I just want a headset like this one. Can anyone recommend? Is the Military Elite 8 similar?

Jabra Elite 10 Replace or Aftermarket Case

Hi all,

I lost the charging case for my Jabra Elite 10s. Since the product is discontinued, I was wondering if anyone has had luck with aftermarket charging cases. Alternatively, wondering if there's a place where I can check for retailers with the cases still in stock.

Jabra Pro Engage 65 Headset Issues

Hello

Just seeing if anyone is experiencing a problem with the Jabra Pro Engage 65 Wireless Headsets recently. I have a team of 4 having problems since yesterday morning (June 24th)

All the buttoms except volume on the Jabra Headsets and docking stations have stopped working. Answer, Hang Up, Mute on the dock, hang up/answer and mute buttons on the headset are all non responsive.

We use the RingCentral Phone System via Microsoft Teams and the Jabra Direct application for the headset is on the machine also.

We have done updates, rollbacks, repairs, uninstall and reinstalls of the applications but nothing had any effect. Firmware for the headset and Jabra Direct program is all up to date

Just seeing if anyone has any ideas?

Jabra Elite 10 silicone earbud sleeve replacement?

The silicone earbud sleeve on my Jabra Elite 10 is torn, and unfortunately Jabra doesn't sell replacements anymore. Any idea if there are aftermarket/OEM replacements for these?

Are my earbuds gone for good? Worth fixing? Elite 85t

Hello,

I have a pair of jabra 85t that dont seem to charge. Plugged into cable charging all day with no change. Tried wireless charging, earbuds flash blue followed by 4x quick red. Still doesn't seem to work.

Is there any hope for them, I think I've had then since 2022, so probably 4ish years.

EDIT: I charged them overnight with 5v charger and the case is now glowing green. Still no earbud improvement
