Please help with this issue it is driving me CRAZY!!!

When I am using the Jabra Evolve 65 headset, the headset mutes games/apps I am using for example...

Lets say I just hopped onto a Discord call with my buddy, and I also want to play [For this example I am going to use Roblox] it mutes Roblox's audio when I am using the output option Jabra Evolve 65 Stereo and only works if I'm using the Jabra Evolve 65 Hands-Free AG Audio option which is really bad sound quality.

Can someone please help me fix this? And if you want to ask me any questions, feel free to ask away.

So i've wanted to download this dragon ball mod for bdt6 but its very confusing how to add it to files. I've tried lots of different ways but the game doesn't sense it.
