I am NOT accusing the show of being unfair or anything like that. Just a curious statistical near impossibilty.

Since the start of season 40, the mystery wedge has been flipped 128 times.

85 times it's been a bankrupt

43 times it's been $10,000

Assuming a fair 50-50 chance, the chance of that happening is 0.01293%.

In order to regress to the expected mean, it would have to be $10,000 the next 42 times in a row. Such poor luck!

Saw this diseased rabbit in my yard. Should I be concerned about kids playing in my yard?

This creature was blind in one eye and I'm pretty sure it was deaf as well because they would not get out of the path of my lawn mower. I'm surprised the predators in my neighborhood haven't already gobbled them up. Had to throw sticks at it to get it to move. I wasnt trying to be cruel but it simply had no fear when it did see me and I did not want to risk touching it.

Update: emailed city animal control with these pics.

Does anyone here use Bitwig to perform live? I have questions!

I've been using Bitwig for a few years now, and I recently started playing some small live shows. I've taken some of my songs and broken up the full arrangement into the Clip Launcher so I can vary how the songs turn out or make them longer than the formal arrangement. I use a Launchpad Pro to trigger scenes.

One disadvantage of this approach is that Bitwig can only have one song active for the audio engine. When I switch songs, I have to click the button to activate the audio engine. This sometimes can take a while, especially on the older laptop I use to play shows.

Is there a better way to approach this so I don't have delays? It seems a simple workaround is to have all my songs in a single project, but I don't know how I would map that many scenes in my Launchpad without it being confusing and I'd really have to focus on the laptop screen to know where I'm at.

Also, track volume changes on the LP work, but they are extremely steppy, and I think I'll have to get a Launch Control to solve that problem.

If a 13 year old had even half the zany adventures that Morty did, would he really still be an enormously insecure teen, or an absurdly overconfident one?

Damn, Morty you saved the planet and buried yourself in the backyard. Your super genius grandpa helped you kill a vampire at your school and can literally get you out of any possible jam.Would talking to a girl really feel awkward at that point?

Leaf blowers are a menace in my neighborhood every single evening.

It seems the city noise ordinance doesn't get enforced until 10pm! Is there anything I can do other than risk a confrontation with an asshole making noise for hours at a time? It's not just one person either. It seems none of my neighbors value their hearing or peace and quiet during evening hours. Somebody tell me there are options that don't require me to hide indoors during good weather.
