Supplemental 1 of 3 Positive

I put in 3 supplementa claim. I put in 2 on March 18th for PTSD due to MST and lumbar degenerative disc with Radiculopathy the next month I got all my documents to together for my denied ankle on April 15th.

I found out on May 4th that the duty to assist was unable to find any Service Treatment Records. They exhausted everything and even checked with the National Archives and got the same hit. No medical or dental records. I know for a fact I did go to sick for dental and also disyntary in Korea. This got me concerned that they denied my initial claims without having my records. But thats an aside. I am still waiting for my March supplemental claims to get adjudicated after my c and p exam. However I did get my ankle claim approved at 40% which was higher than I expected and I am thankful. It was approved in less than 3 weeks so I wait for the other 2. Honestly I wonder if they can deny due to lack of no str. I have all the documents they said I needed but they are taking their time.

I was initially denied my claims for PTSD due to MST, lumbar back and ankle last September. They said there was no evidence in my record. Fast forward to March of 2016 I filed supplemental claims for all three denials provisioning the VA with what they said was missing. Last week I was notified that the VA nor the National Archives were able to locate my service treatment records. Now I'm wondering how this works. Did they have them for my my initial denials or did they make the decision without fully exhausting the duty to assist. How will they now adjudicated my supplemental claims without them?

Has anyone dealt with this issue and how did it turn out?
