I’ve been looking for a multi-effect pedalboard

So far my last 2 contenders are a Boss GT-1B going for $380 at a local music store and a Headrush Flex Prime going for $600 on an online store

Do you guys think the extra $220 would be worth it if I’m planning to play some small live gigs and practice at home?

I get that it’s common to use a BEAD tuning on bass, I’m planning on using the bottom 4 strings of a 5-string set for my Ibanez SR400

I was just wondering how dangerous it would be for the bass’ structure integrity to tune the higher 3 strings a whole step up to have a Drop B tuning (from B-E-A-D to B-F#-B-C) every now and then

What do you think? Should be good or would it be dangerous for the bass?
