Sega Rally 2 stuck on Sega and Windows CE logo on Dreamcast emulator

Hiya! I tried playing Sega Rally 2 on the Retroarch Dreamcast emulator, but it's stuck on the SEGA and Microsoft logos. Has anyone found a solution? None of my troubleshooting worked.

How can I solve this joystick wobbling?

Hiya! I'm having this problem with the joystick on my R36S. It wobbles back and forth in some directions and not only on PSP it seems. What can I do to solve it? I'm on DarkOSRe btw.
