Which 9070 XT should I get?

Hello everyone! I am making the switch from a GTX 1650 to an RX 9070 XT.

I am looking for the absolute quietest card possible because noise is a big factor for me. I am not knowledgeable about overclocking or changing fan curves, so I just want something that runs cool and silent straight out of the box.

I have narrowed it down to these four options:

-Sapphire Radeon RX 9070 XT Pulse

-PowerColor Radeon RX 9070 XT Hellhound

-PowerColor Radeon RX 9070 XT Reaper

-XFX Radeon RX 9070 XT Quicksilver Gaming Edition

Which one of these is the best option? If you have any other specific models to suggest, feel free to let me know. Thanks in advance!

A couple of questions for a 1440p build.

Hello everyone. I am going for a complete renovation of my PC and I would ideally like to make a build that will last me a minimum of 5 years.

My Use Case:

Gaming: I play a bit of everything, from competitive FPS games to heavy AAA titles. I want to fully utilize my 1440p 144Hz monitor, which my current setup cannot do.

Uni Work: Programming and AutoCAD for engineering.

Current Setup:

CPU: Ryzen 7 5700G

GPU: GTX 1650

RAM: 24GB DDR4

The Dilemma:

I am trying to decide between Nvidia and AMD for the new GPU. Specifically, between the RTX 5070 Ti (€980) and the RX 9070 XT (€680).

I would rather not move to AM5 right now due to the current RAM and SSD situation. Instead, I am planning to upgrade my CPU to either a 5700X3D or a 5800X3D on my current AM4 platform.

My Questions:

Will a 5700X3D or 5800X3D bottleneck either of these GPUs at 1440p?

Which GPU is the better option for my situation, considering the €300 price difference? Is the 5070 Ti worth the premium?

Thanks in advance!
