Sola Scriptura is wrong! It is tough to admit you were misled, but logic, Christian history, and Paul’s letters prove it is a false doctrine.
Follow the logic, christian history and corroborate with Paul's writings yourself...
1.- Paul was an enemy of the church. Galatians 1:13 "For you have heard of my former conduct in Judaism, how I persecuted the church of God beyond measure and tried to destroy it."
2.- The church that Paul persecuted and tried to destroy did not have his writings: Romans, 1 Corinthians, 2 Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, 1 Thessalonians, 2 Thessalonians, 1 Timothy, 2 Timothy, Titus, and Philemon.
3.- Since the church did not have Paul's writings, the church was the supreme authority for the Christians. The Church holds the supreme authority for the christian and has the power to bind and lose on earth. Matthew 16:18-19
4.- Paul converts to the church that he persecuted and now he writes what the Christians taught him: 1 Timothy 3:15: 'The church is the pillar and foundation of the truth."
5.- Paul even writes in his Ephesian's letter that to give glory to God you must do it in the church that he once persecuted: Ephesians 3:20-21 "to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen." Note that this he learned from the Christians, the christian church taught him this and he wrote it and he believed it and he preached it!
5.- Refusing to listen to the church will turn you into a PAGAN! Matthew 18:17 "And if he refuses to hear them, tell it to the church. But if he refuses even to hear the church, let him be to you like a heathen and a tax collector."
6.- After Paul's conversion to the church, the church continued to be the supreme authority for the Christians! Paul submits to the church and preaches what the Christians taught him about the church that he once persecuted. So, Paul starts writing his letters Galatians, Timothy, Romans, etc...
7.- Some 300 years later the church then decides to take Paul's writings to make their own christian bible; so in the year 382 under the leadership of Pope Damasus 1st in the council of Rome the christian bible is made and Paul's writings are declared "Inspired by God" by the very same church that he once persecuted!
8.- Protestants arrive some 1,500 years later and took the bible that the catholic church made, but with one twist, Protestants now claim that Paul's writings are the infallible authority and the supreme authority, even more so than the church that Jesus himself founded and that Paul himself persecuted!
9.- How can Protestants even think to say that Paul's writings are more infallible and hold higher authority than the very same church that Jesus Christ founded and that Paul himself persecuted?
And that is why Sola Scriptura is a heresy; Sola Scriptura is a man made doctrine popularized by enemies of the Church to minimize and downplay its supreme authority! There is nothing more supreme than the church that Jesus founded! Paul's writings are not above the church that he once persecuted!
The only reason why Paul's writings are in the bible is because the catholic church that he once persecuted decided to include them in a cannon that they made in the year 382 under the leadership of Pope Damasus 1st in what is known as the council of Rome!
There are enemies of the church who want you to believe that supreme authority lies in Paul's writings. It sounds all so "convincing and true", but it is a clever deception designed to draw believers away into Protestant sect and away from the church where glory is to be given to God THROUGH ALL GENERATIONS FOREVER AND EVER. AMEN as stated in Paul's letter to the Ephesians 3:20-21 he learned this from the very same church that he once persecuted and tried to destroyed as he himself also stated in Galatians 1:13 "For you have heard of my former conduct in Judaism, how I persecuted the church of God beyond measure and tried to destroy it."
