The seal of devotion allows to spend contribution points to hire extra workers for additional dispatch mission. If before you needed 6 greymanes, now you only need 1 (the one with the maximum bonus) and hire the other 5. You get the points back everytime!

The golden beer just doubles the rewards. In addition to the bonus already given by the church donation.

Each ingame day pays off +100k of every resource.

You get the seal of devotion after defeating Tristan, and the golden beer from killing Mazzul the dark justiciar. Both are quest in the demeniss region.
