Has anyone else felt like the customer support for 24Hundred has gone down recently I placed a preorder a few months ago and when the package arrived I received the wrong item after emailing customer support a week ago Im still yet to get a response its a shame Ive always loved them but this is the first time Ive been left in the dark.
