Unfairly trespassed from campus

I was trespassed from campus for simply being in the Mary B's dining area lobby. I am a senior and I have 19 credits left to graduate (even though I haven't taken UA classes for the past two semesters because of personal reasons and I am taking online classes somewhere else).During spring break, I was walking back from a long day at work at around 7pm and stopped by Burke hall, which I used to live in back in my freshman year, to use the vending machine and rest a little bit because it was unusually cold that day (they even had a freeze warning). I entered through the middle entrance which you do not need an act card for and is open to the public. I went to use the vending machine, got my snack ate it and because I was so tired from work I accidentally napped at a corner sofa in the room (which was totally empty since barely any students were there) only to be woken up by the police like 30 minutes later. I told them about the whole thing yet they didn't even want to listen to me and made me sign a trespass letter. I've been trying to repeal the trespass citation for weeks now but they just keep saying no without any further explanation.

Now mind you, I have no criminal record at all and already been here for 4 years without a problem and I am about to graduate. In addition, I've lived at Burke my freshman year and worked as a desk assistant there during my sophomore year. Not only that, I live and work right next to campus. I was also very respectful with the cops. Banning me from all of campus for something like that is draconian , and refusing to repeal it totally makes no sense. I do not know what to do at this point and just wanted to know if anybody went through something similar to this or knows a way I can get UAPD to rescind the trespass warning because my whole future is on the line.

I am so stressed out
