# SERIOUS ADVICE NEEDED

I am 18 (M).

I was addicted to masturbation from the age of early teens(for 7 years) and more i age the more i get concerned about my penis and the effects.

I Don't know how to quit or what to do and my personal health is getting hampered a lot.

Porn and other explicit content ruined me but i want to recover.my penis is destructured (like shrinked in length and width)

I want a good sexual life that i can give to my other and live happily.I am a virgin and do not have a gf.

My insecurity about my penis and fear of women put me in this shameful situation.

i Don't know how to make the first right step to recover from masturbation and porn.

Please help me in this concern.
