I live in Ny close to the jersey border. Got a couple buds in jersey that live about an hour away. If I go to the range in jersey i should be fine to bring my pistol? Will they let me shoot? Have only had my ccw for half a year so still new to it. Im assuming as long as i put ammo and gun [unloaded] in seperate boxes with locks i can travel with them. However Will the range be okay? Or they going to hassle me for not having a jersey permit. Even tho anyone off the street can shoot in jersey.

Just not trying to break any laws without knowing.
