I got an issue with resource management among the islands. I'm producing enough products for the need of the whole empire but for some reason the goods don't get distributed well to all islands. I gave the production Islands full of goods and the islands that need to receive the goods empty. I usually create shipping routes that carry the goods to all the islands and I set them up that they load and unload the good. Each island has a minimum stock set up. I also have tons of ships on the same route being that I'm in late game. Any suggestions?
