4 weeks Vape free & 21 days nicotine free

On a normal day it started to hurt to breathe. I’d had this before when I’d been going heavy on my vape and was unable to sleep laying down, it was that painful. As soon as I got that sensation that the same pain was coming back. I got up, grabbed my vapes and put them in the bin. I walked straight to the shop and spent over £100 on NRT and chewing gum. Ranting to myself that I’m F**king done this time. No more BS! I seriously went on to myself like never before.
It’s not been easy but it’s been easier than previous times apart from the shocking sleep at first (sleep wasn’t an issue on previous attempts)
This time it feels different, my mind and body is done. Not only that, my anxiety is pretty much zero. A line of fog has also lifted, to the point I feel like I’ve been depressed for the past 5-6 years but now fine and have complete clarity.

I am into day 5 of zero nicotine. Feeling fantastic mentally, strong and totally capable of smashing this. Clean food, plenty of water intake, 0 alcohol and exercise all in play. I am getting to bed at my normal time and winding down doing all the things that kept me green but it’s crap! It’s taking ages to sleep and then I’m waking up every 20 minutes or so. I am totally restless the whole night. I was expecting some of this but only for a couple of nights?
Would love to hear others experiences? What worked for you and what didn’t?
