I am play a hive mind evolutionary predators hivemind and have mutagenic habitability. I rolled adaptable, very adaptable and robust and have all the habitability techs, but my habitability on my hive worlds is only 125%. Why does my habitability not stack above 125%, or can I see the habitability of individual pops?
