New to Reddit, new to self publishing, already overwhelmed 🤣

Hi everyone

I'm new to Reddit, new to self publishing.

I published my first book a few weeks ago, Love Me Like A Narcissist, and I'm finding promotion far more overwhelming than writing it ever was.

I've got ADHD, so I have a habit of trying to do everything at once TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Goodreads, libraries, universities, analytics and then wondering why my brain feels like it's pure buffering. 🤣

For those who've self published, what actually worked for you?

What gave you the best return on your time, and what would you ignore if you were starting again?
