Since this morning, we've been experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing. Call routing and connectivity appear unstable, with the service repeatedly dropping and recovering throughout the day.

After troubleshooting, our SBC and network infrastructure seem healthy. At this point, the issue appears to be related to connectivity between our environment and Microsoft services rather than anything on our side.

Is anyone else experiencing similar issues today? If so, which region are you in, and who is your SBC provider?
