Hey all,

I have recently been accepted into the Safety and assessment of xenobiotics and biotechnological products (SAXBI) Master’s program at the University of Milan.

However, when I log into my Universitaly account using my registered email address, the system displays the personal information, name, and details of a completely different student. The interface does not allow me to edit or correct this information to show my own data.

I’ve tried connecting with them via email and request portal but it’s been 4/5 days and I haven’t got a response.

Can anyone please guide who to contact or how to get this resolved if faced a similar situation. How long does it take for them to resolve or answer ?
