HIRING ON URGENT BASIS - Sanctum Ops is a healthcare patient services call centre based in Lahore, Pakistan, supporting patients and providers across the United States.
Every call they take is for a real patient, someone trying to navigate their healthcare. They are looking to build a team of inbound and outbound calls covering appointment scheduling, follow-ups, patient communication, and general support, all under strict HIPAA compliance.
You do not need any prior experience, just good English speaking skills and a willingness to learn 🙂 It’s an all inclusive environment that encourages women to apply. They’re very focused and committed into making this a workplace where women can feel safe, learn and grow.
This is a great opportunity for people to build experience and connections within the US healthcare industry. Salary will be better than most other call centres + lots of incentives and bonuses.
Your job would include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with US patients
- Helping with scheduling, follow-ups and general support
- Documenting your interactions
- Following patient privacy and HIPPA standards (full training will be provided)
- Work collaboratively with your team
The job is on-site, in DHA near Packages Mall, Lahore.
