i have been using the xbox app for a long time, i even bought the game pass and all of the sudden it kicked me out of the account and when i try to log in into it, it tells me something went wrong with a erorr code. I have tried everything i have seen on youtube and nothing seems to work. I deleted the app, installed it again, i have reset my computer, nothing seems to work. Any tips on what i can do?

I graduated from AIT last Wednesday, and since then, I have tried to contact my unit, but I can't get a response back from them. I have texted and called multiple times my AGR SSG, who was the one who initially contacted me to let me know to call him after I finish AIT, but now he is basically ignoring me because I see him active on WhatsApp, but he does not respond to my messages. I also tried to use another number that I was given before I left AIT to contact my unit. I have called them multiple times, but they do not answer, so at this point, I don't know what to do. Should I keep trying, or should I wait and see if I get contacted? I'm just a bit concerned. I don't want to get in trouble for not going there to report, even though it is technically their fault.
