I know they haven't explicitly said how old Daisy is, but before she goes to Gilead, she is clearly involved with a young man (I think he's a few years older) and it's strongly suggested that they are intimate. Then later, in Gilead, she gets her period for the first time and becomes a Green Plum.

IDK why, but that really bothered me. I guess I'm old or really sheltered.

Am I the only one?
